Toe River Timber

We were established in 1968 by David J. Autrey who was among the first Boxwood growers in Western North Carolina. We have consistently grown and delivered top quality boxwood materials to Landscape Contractors for the last 39 years. In 1972, David ventured into a small part-time landscaping business which soon grew to become a Registered NC Landscape Contractor (Reg. No. 524) in 1982. David ran the successful Autrey Landscape Contracting business while producing and selling high Quality American Boxwoods to other landscape contractors throughout the southeast. Son Charlie has been harvesting trees for over a generation and has logged internationally. We hope to continue as a family owned producer and supplier of High Quality American Timber, Logs and Slabs for many years to come.
